Our Story
REM Boquida Property Development is a family ran corporation. We made this exclusively to start working on our dream project, the Boquida Subdivision. Starting in 2015, we began a project to introduce a new community and way of life to the stunning island of Siquijor. We faced challenges and persevered to fulfill all the necessary requirements and standards, ensuring top quality for the project during these 8 years. As of 2023, we are making progress with our ongoing operations and construction, and our lots are ready to be sold. We're using our Australian market experience to enhance our development in Siquijor, creating a unique living experience that improves the quality of life.

Our pricing is based on square meters. ₱6000 per square meter, which will include all transaction fees and costs.
Do lots have an individual title?
Yes, individual titles for each lot are ready for transfer to new owners and buyers.
What payment options do you offer?
Spot cash payment is encouraged as it is rewarded with a discount on the total price.
In house finance up to 5 years; monthly repayments applies
What sort of Lot Sizes are available?
Lot sizes ranges from 89 square meters all the way up to 700 square meters.
Is there any reservation fees?
Yes, we have a reservation fee.
